I use to be gold 2 in s6, completely from soloq. Although I will never like s6's ranked system I felt like I improved and got better as a player.

now? I'm hard stuck silver, it's getting harder and harder and I have no idea how to climb out. I climbed out last year by spamming volibear and stuff but it's not going that way.

what can I do to get out of silver in s7? what champs, new tips or whatever do I have to know. I'd really like some help, please leave some feedback, thanks!

Learn fundamentals. Especially csing, map awareness, damage foresight and landing / dodging skillshots. Make a champion pool of 2 champions and only 1 role, dodge if you don't get it. Play things like annie and malphite until you learn what you're doing, spam them over and over again for at least 100 games. Watch better players who stream and try to emulate their camera control and mouse movement, watch how they click. Look up builds mimic them from probuilds. Try to have some fun and be humble. Silver today is as hard as gold was yesterday. The game will get harder as people improve the older the server gets.

What role do you play the most? Watch and analyse pros who play this position. What would you do in their situation? Did they do the same? Why did their decision work?

38% is pretty bad. I'd advise relearning the fundamentals of the game just as a check up to make sure you're not forgetting something. Sometimes players just have difficulty adjusting to a new meta/season for whatever reasons. It happens to a lot of people. However most people recognize this is happening and stop playing.

What I'd do is play easier champs that are safer and less risky to play. Also try your best NOT to fall prey to the one trick pony method if you DO struggle transitioning between metas because then you're now faced with the decision of playing a champ you're not as good or playing a gutted champion you used to main that struggles a lot in the meta.

idk LOL! I feel like I'm the same way in ranked at the moment...

I think everyone just got better, or everyone above gold that is hard stuck decided to make a smurf account for the fun of climbing again.

AFK'ing at 0/4 probably isn't helping much. You want my honest advice? Pick up a bruiser style champion, not a late game hyper carry. Lower ranks tend to be a blood bath and not being able to have that very early effectiveness is asking for trouble. I just had a game where I got placed top lane against a pantheon who was able to zone me under my own tower at level 4.
