you cut a lot of galios Q late game damage because idk you dont like galios who use their Qs ? then there you go you have room to buff his passive back!

Please dont try to tell us that what you did on PBE is a (buff) cuz its not its a huge nerf to good galio players.

I think it'd be better to remove some of his tankiness instead of removing his ap ratio. He gets tanky for no reason lmao.
