Where have i seen that before...

Oh yeah, the same ppl that said 8.11 changes were a "massive buff" for adcs (oh i still remember the whole "WTF TRUE DAMAGE ON IE, WOW 2x CRIT? you're supposed to NERF adcs not make them even more broken")

This place is a joke, i will post riven WR next patch and when it hits sub 47% it'll be hilarious seeing those ppl.

I still stand by the opinion that you should have to be astleast gold or plat to post about balance changes here, otherwise we keep getting garbage like this all over.

I admit I tend to agree that folks open their mouths and spew unreasonable comments all the dam time.

Yet I strongly disagree with the suggestion that lower Elo should be restricted from discussions on gameplay and balance changes. There is merit in conversations and discussions about the player experience in any MMR... Its a shame that so many are not worded in a reasonable or calm way but meh.

A "high skill" champ like Riven SHOULD have a 47% winrate. If they have 50% winrate it shows she's overpowered since most players aren't using her full potential. You don't need to as Riven right now.

I mean, all the nerf is gonna do is make her less aggressive until 6, which by then she'll have a cdr component to lower the E cd. Her passive needs to be hit, or the R execute can lose damage rank 1 and 2.

Yeah, because effectively doubling her E CD in team fights will do nothing to her late game!

40% CDR E right now 3.6s

40% cdr E with nerfs 6s

Shes literally going to lose thousands of effective health in team fights, champion is going to suck in any kind of 5v5 since its going to be very easy to just kill her after she Es once.

Ahem, 45%. She goes Inspiration secondary. So it would be 5.5 but since Spear just casually exists, Riven is now practically forced to buy it, but it doesn't give shit stats. If anything Spear Riven with these changes will be much better than Spear Riven right now. All its gonna equate is Riven likely swapping either cdr boots or BC out for Spear, or doing both BC and Spear and instead switching to Transcendence and getting the bonus ad from overcapping on CDR (the likely option) by buying Death's Dance and maybe a Ghostblade. All this means is Jax will counter her, and become the next top dog god of toplane. Solves practically nothing to fix toplane imo.
