...can we please give a little more burst to assassins again until Vayne can actually die to a fed Katarina? I'm tired of running over Batgirl with a schoolbus full of fat kids for 15 minutes and then watching her come back with two items and "outplay" my 16/2/5 Akali teammate.

If you're not going to do that, give Vayne an actual cooldown on her tumble. I hate the anti-marksmen campaign going on here, but good grief, there should be some vulnerability to a high-powered "squishy". Stop talking about nerfing Caitlyn until Vayne's Q has a cooldown of at least half of Caitlyn or Ezreal's E.

I swear it was more fun getting Rengar'd as Ashe than getting "outplayed" by an infinitely mobile ADC who is giving the entire class a bad rep.
