Please take into consideration that his build will probably be dark harvest and or something like that. basically duskblade crit will be the culprit.

Edit: I'm not saying the revert shouldn't happen. I just don't want to get truly one shot.

Ugh... try item 1412 item 3147 item 3026 / item 3814 (Depending on which one you need more) item 3031 item 3142 and boots. Rengar doesn't need crit chance since his ultimate already gives him a guaranteed one similar to how Shaco's Q works. He's still going to delete you if he catches you out and you're a squishy. That's his entire purpose.
