How am I supposed to build Miss Fortune with her confusing kit?

EDIT: I sincerely appreciate the help, gentlemen. However, I still think the kit needs to be fixed in some way.

I speak about her confusing kit:

• "Double Up" deals physical damage that scales off AP • "Impure Shots" gives MF faster attacks that add a percentage of bonus AD as magic damage. • "Make It Rain," the only straightforward item on her kit, deals magic damage that scales of AP • "Bullet Time" adds potential stacks to Impure shots (which is magic damage that scales of AD) and deals physical damage that scales off AP.

Now, how in the hell am I supposed to build MF with a kit like that?

Hybrid builds are something Riot pretty much got rid of and I've not found any good alternatives.

Also, isn't it time that Rito take a pass at MF to clear up some of this?

Miss Fortune is built like a standard AD carry. Her Double Up has an AD scaling, as well as the AP scaling, and lets her effectively get off another autoattack, her W is an attack speed steroid which does bonus damage based on AD, her E is an AoE slow for kiting, and her ultimate deals magic damage from impure shots and has high base damage.

It's really not that hard.

She's like Corki in that regard. She's an AD champ, but sneaks in a surprising amount of magic damage as well. So you could possibly go with a Corki-like build, with Sorc boots to boost the magic damage that sneaks in. She's can also make pretty good use of tri-force procs, so that's a route you could go.

But she's perfectly fine built with the standard Marksman build as well.

try trinity into IE.

That's how me and a friend of mine build her. Trinity > IE > Black Cleaver core 3 plus boots, then itemize based on opposing champs. It gives her some decent mobility in the form of move speed, BC works really well with her ult, and the proc off trinity force can be used fairly often and cheaply with her kit. Plus it makes her pretty damn tanky for an ADC without sacrificing much in damage.

The last time they took a pass they caused all the changes that made it the way it is now and tbh I'm not sure she came out better for it.

Standard adc or brutalizer adc. She's very strong right now built that way.

Loads of AD champions have AP scaling and/or magic damage. It is not a design flaw, it balances the game.

1: BF Sword -> Bloodthirster or Infinity Edge (BT for survivability if you find yourself losing trades, IE for damage if you are getting peel from your allies).

2: Berserker Greaves (I usually pick up brown boots long before I finish the core item)

3: Black Cleaver (Must have, unique passive is applied to all targets under MF's ultimate)

4: Phantom Dancer

5: Bloodthirster or Infinity Edge

6: Situational - Last Whisper / Guinsoo's Rageblade / Guardian Angel / Randiun's Omen / Mercurial Scmitar

Note: At any time you find yourself losing trades, Bloodthirster is your saviour.

AD.

Also Double Up scales better with AD than AP.
