I've been auto-filled in ~1/5 games lately, is anything being done to make top/jungle desirable?

This is the worst I've seen, since the system was introduced. My queue times are often 3-4 minutes and it's extremely unusual for a game to not have at least one auto-filled players. The filled role is pretty evenly split between top and jungle, and very rarely support.

In the past seasons, I only experienced auto-fill in maybe 1/12 games, if not less, with significantly shorter queue times, at higher MMR than I am now. This goes to show how frustrating jungle and top lane have become to play.

Are any changes going to be made to make either role less desirable? Top, in particular, has been gradually becoming more of a clusterfuck over the past seasons, and I honestly think that it's now hit critical mass.

Nope. Riot doesn't care.

To be clear, if Riot cared they would have done something about Ornn and Sion in a reasonable timeframe. If they gave a shit they'd do something about Jayce. If Riot actually thought top laners were important they would have released a bruiser keystone as part of Runes Reforged instead of making us wait until 8.6 and also making jokes about how long it was taking. They also wouldn't have buffed the shit out of grasp over and over (LOL does %hp magic damage, heals for %hp, and gives permanent hp LOL)

Riot balances mostly around mid and bot. I believe to them both jg and top are for tanks or cc bots. If they wanna make top better again. they need to nerf fiora early all around nerf to riven (champions shouldnt be able to stun and use every ability in one animation.) nerf stuff like darius so its diverse. Top should be one of the most diverse lanes for melee champions but right now the best stuff you can play is darius renekton sion. Top is pick a lane bully or ranged poke. That or kennen which is both. and win lane. JG sucks cause YOUR ALWAYS BEHIND IN EVERYTHING but instead of getting rid of gank meta they make it harder to exist as a jgler because your behind on things normally.
