They've said she's getting looked at, yes. Personally, I hope they don't change much. Quinn's in a pretty good spot already

Not really, no she isn't - Quinn is one of the least fun champions to play against if she gets ahead and if she is even (not even behind remind you) then she is trash tier - which is why she needs a significant rework; and really always has (Kalista and Yasuo need reworks too)

She does fine if she is staying even. if she falls behind, then yes, you can be pretty useless until you hit late game, but that isn't any particular flaw in her design, but because she is very much an assassin/burst style ADC. And assassins, by their nature, are usually pretty useless when behind. This same assassin style is why she becomes oppressive when ahead, because she she has so much burst. But that's just because she's an assassin.

A Rioter (though which I can't recall now) said that Quinn is getting a remake while Koggy and Cait are getting some touchups.

Haven't heard anything further.

No, she isn't getting a remake, she is just getting some changes, like Darius and Garen did

That is the same thing; its a gameplay update- they won't be Sion status or Poppy's soon rework, but Quinn and Valor should be getting a bigger gameplay average, maybe more bigger changes like Fiora

No, as I said, that's not what they are getting. They are getting minor touchups like Garen and Darius did, same as Cait and a few other marksmen are getting.

Caitlyn and Kog'Maw do not need get changed heavily at all; for Kog'Maw they need to remember to keep his mage form intact---

For Quinn and Valor they need a majour gameplay update; it will not be Sion/Poppy status; but something bigger like Fiora status is what they need because the bird is not fun to play against and they have a lost identity--- but all I want is less stupid bitch Quinn and more my boy Valor <3

She will be. She is not a Sion-level rework but probably more like Shen, i.e. a few tweaks here and there + maybe replacing a spell or two.

Listen, I love playing Quinn. I enjoy her playstyle. and no matter how ahead I can get, as annoying as I am, they can counter-play me pretty hard. Its about timing and displacing her. I play Quinn in many different forms, everything except for support. If they give her a double form, which they wont, thinking about how pubstomp would be, Jungling with her would be insanely fun, more so than it is now. I have to admit, It can be hilarious when u accidentally vault over wall while clearing a camp. But, in their buffs to Darius, Garen, Riven, etc. , its a possibility, one I'm wishing madly for. IF you think, and time well, Quinn can be easily taken care of. Quinn
