This is what Rito gives me after 30 minutes of queue, a fucking bronze adc.
I seriously wonder why exactly is this Bronze adc putted into my team. Because we are solo players you want to handicap us? This is the second time in 3 games where a worthless bronze adc got randomly put into a game of 9 silver players. WTF Rito?
Barkhoof1 votesLooking at this critically, I'm going off the op.gg MMR you have, but let's call your MMR 1300. The ADC has an MMR ~1260, his/her duo is at about 1350. The average is 1300, right where you are. I know it's frustrating, but that's how the system is working - not necessarily looking specifically at the divisions but MMR.
I'm not saying it's right, it's just the logic working with the matchmaking.

While I agree and that totally makes sense, there are literally millions of people that play this game. It should not be that hard to find 9 people to play a game that are nearly identical to your rank. It shouldn't have to take even 30 minutes to get a game with as loose as matchmaking is but... here we are anyway.

Dynikus1 votesyou must have the worst luck in the world to have that many dodges. the most I've had was I believe 5 dodges, and that resulted in a 10 minute queue.

It's not about luck, enemy team dodging isn't the same as your team dodging. if enemy tem dodge it is very likely your 5 man squad meets in the next lobby which is quick. if your team dodges the 4 of you will be thrown back to the pool to wait for random matching.

Oy Vey1 votesIt really depends on the time. I'm gold 5 and sometimes I've had up to 30 minute queue times in normals. After it waits that long, matchmaking just gives you the most random team possible.
