You always go overboard with buffs, then overboard with nerfs, then back again. There is never a state of the game where I can pick any champion in a game because the meta is always skewed to favor of a select few champions.

Credit where it's due, you clearly have standards and hard data to determine who gets buffed or nerfed, but the buffs or nerfs themselves are almost always heavy handed and either flip the problems, or don't fix them. You are certainly able to identify a problem, but everytime you try to solve it you seem to lose your common sense.
