Blaze: Brand's spells light his target ablaze, dealing 1% of their maximum health as magic damage per second for 4 seconds, for a total of 4% maximum health. Blaze can stack up to four times on a single target for a maximum of 16% max health.

Omiwom1 votesThat would make him literally the most broken piece of shit ever. Full combo in a fight, anyone who "gets away" dies to his passive. Lane control with him would be insane and impossible to beat. His poke is insane, especially since a smart Brand can land Pillar of Flame into Sear. Even E into Q would do 8% of their max health + the damage from the abilities.
Imo, that'd make him too broken.
One spell already does 8% maxhealth. If that is too strong though.. then how about a change to his mana costs?

He does need tweaks, I'm just not sure if this is the best tweak for him.
Cenobite Azaziel1 votesBrand kit doesn't allow a lot of change. Far away harass with nice AOE, stun and a passive that shreds the laner. His team fight is already good, he escales hard. Any changes would make him broken.
