Something like Lancer. You summon clones that confuse the enemy, requiring strong aoe burst to counter him. Could be a jungler that can fake ganks with his clones and keep the enemy guessing until they discover which lane is actually being hit. Clones would become weaker the farther away they are from the champion itself.

Interesting. Technically I think Leblanc was supposed to be the confuse with clones person, and then they reverted her and threw that concept to Neeko. It's unnecessary because... well... as I just said Neeko exists and she already does that.
I'd rather see some sort of summoner character like a warrior with a wolf companion or something like that. They've never done summon creatures well, and it would be cool to have a character really devoted to the concept.
