I've been wanting it back forever. I loved the mode, and the experimental items. The minion changes were something I would have loved to see in normal game modes. I don't care about Butcher's Bridge, just give me Black Market Brawlers! 
miss it too it was before fiora gets reworked just rip man i miss those days too the mode was something new and good that i liked it a lot.
Yea, they've said they won't bring it back since it was too much stuff. It sucks, I loved most of the items in it and wish I could've payed with them more.
My favorite item from that mode got implemented into the game, hello Neeko Neeko Neee!
On a side note. I want crysyal scar back in custom games
