She can basically just spam spells until she happens to hit the front line and then bounce to ADC, and she can one shot you with 1.5 items. I know I can dodge it, and I'm not saying it's OP I just hate the Q bounce, and the whole no items needed to one shot.

Well if she wants to root someone she has to hit him. Her Q doesnt bounce, it just goes through first target. She has quite high mana costs. Her E on max level cost 130 mana. If u use it to poke, after using it 3 times u are close to being oom. Without using other spells. She does have to be ahead to do damage. Her base damage is low, her scalings are high. She is extremely safe, that one i give u.

You can make similar arguments about every champ in game that beats u. She has downsides too.
-High mana costs early -Low base stats -Very squishy -Hard engage destroys her -Weak if behind -MR completely counters her as she has no % hp nor true damage in her kit -No mobility -Long cooldowns
Its easy to point pros and ignore cons and then pretend champion is too strong.

But she didnt oneshot. Look at your HP, and pls, its mathematically impossible she got u that low with just morello and Ludens with Q. Her Q at max level with just 200 AP would do like 350-400 damage on 0 MR target. And u had MR. You have 1527 HP. Doubt her Q would drop u under 75% hp. Yet there u are on 30%.
And she has full mana without any mana regen.

She has a very high mana cost but you are right that she's extremely safe. There's no champion in LoL that can stay alive as easily as she can while still being effective. Regardless she isn't one of the very best APC's at the moment and can't be played support without being flamed so she has a lot of disadvantages to make up for her strengths.

That's more than an ult. If she doesn't get a kill for the morello refund, or if she doesn't have blue, she can go oom really easily. And she does have to be ahead to do damage. Lux can only really oneshot when she's ahead, or if you make the mistake of eating her full combo. Otherwise, shes just throwing out spells and hoping for the best. Even a Q Ult won't kill an ADC if she's not ahead.

Well she still has to AIM at her intended target and her Q is slow, easy to dodge. I mean only way it will work is if person doesnt know it hits 2 targets. Her spells cost a lot of mana. Her ulti has low CD yes, with max CDR, but is also easy to dodge.
