Heimerdinger Tuning

Turrets' health scales off of Heimerdinger's defenses instead of AP. That's all. Heimerdinger's not in a bad place nor OP, really, he's just difficult to classify in the meta.

If anyone has any further thoughts, or ideas, please post them. I'm not an egomaniac, I enjoy seeing your ideas.

I sure hope I'm not an egomaniac. (Sometimes I wonder if all of humanity suffers from Egomania though. So I can't be sure I'm exempt...)
