The longer queue times are due to the new Champion Select (where you can select your preferred roles), not Dynamic Queue (premade groups).

That's what happens when you queue mid lane, top, or jungle. ADC is a relatively decent queue time I think, but if you want a really good queue time that's ranges between 15 secs and 2 mins, then you should either queue support or fill.
