Shield Bash (R2) Takes place of Bone Plating [New Effect] "Whenever you gain a shield, while still shielded your next basic attack against a champion deals 5 - 39 (+1.5% Bonus Health) (+8.5% Shield Amount) bonus adaptive damage (minimum 4s proc window)."

So I play Urgot top and with his W Shield this looks good.

But in practice its just "Ok"

Then I was thinking of other Champs that have shields

Not sure if I missed any.

The Rune is bugged a most of these.
it does not work at all at lvl 18 full build can get ~420 damage on the auto attack

I see this being really abused by champs that can gain a shield VERY often because there does not seem to be a CD the bonus damage.

So All can use it every few seconds.

At lvl 18 its base is ~+85 (+85/1000 hp of shield)

In the event that this were to actually go through to live I would assume (Operative word being ASSUME) that any champs that COULD abuse It, such as the ones you listed and possibly more, don't know for sure, would get some changes to balance it out. Such as, Riot would change them to where, yes, the Rune is viable, but not so viable that it's a pick or ban type situation. That's just MY take on it, take it as you will.

Now when you poke off Yasuo's passive you can also give him nice damage buff to kill you with. Lovely.

5000 Health TahmKench activates his shield when gone from 100% to 10% HP, converting 90% of his missing health. My math was about the same as yours, about 420 damage from Shield Bash. Add about another 250 magic damage from his full stacked passive and 540 physical damage from Titanic Hydra Active.
