Untargetable and unfair

Do you think that riot will ever get rid of untargetable moves like and his alpha strike or and his annoying move? Or what about and his sand soldiers? For a "balanced" game these undamageable moves are bull and make the game unfair and not fun when they have little to no health and kill you by jumping across your screen as you see the last little sliver of health blink to zero and a death recap screen. Just want to see if anyone else thinks this is unfair.
