Idea for New Item Effect

Grounding: Grants bonus magic resistance for several seconds upon taking magic damage from an enemy champion. This effect can stack several times, and stacks decay one at a time.

Just something I thought of after reading a thread decrying going up against AP top laners. Could this work you think in-game?
