Why were the PBE Janna changes for patch 7.17 reverted?
Even if it's not the perfect solution for Janna being op, it would have lightened the current issues with Janna significantly.

got nerfed this patch
it was a small patch and kinda of a wait and see what happens kinda of patch the 7.18 worlds patch should have a lot of changes
