The dragons are not completely RNG

I was skeptical of the whole RNG dragons, but i actually like it now, however i have talked with alot of friends and random players and it seems that 70-80% of the time is the water dragon. I am not saying it is underpowered or anything, but usually in 1 game 2-3 times a water dragon spawns. In my oppinion it is better than most people think, but in my games most fights are quick and don't last long and there is very little poke so the dragon passive feels underwhelming compared to others, however i think in compitive play it will very good.

tl;dr: Water dragon spawns way too much compared to others and it feels the most underwhelming.
