Just got autofilled to ADC and got the full bottom lane experience. Repeated Lee ganks, 4 man towerdive gang bangs,... Luckily my support was awesome, or I would've fed my yordle ass off.

Cheers to you guys for surviving this meta, I don't have the patience to deal with that every game.

Yeah bot is targeted because A. Two kills B. possible drag C squishy usually D. NOwone ganks top e. more action in bot lane f. you just find yourself around bot more...

I know why it is, I target it as a jungler all of the time. Just frustrating to deal with on the receiving end.

Also:

Supports often have CC/lockdown
Being a duo lane with a siege machine, easier to take tower after kill
Drag > Rift except when you have a split pusher top
Drag stats matter more than old drag that gave gold; can't afford to give it up for free
If I gank top, a competent jungler will probably hit bot and do drag
ADCs scale better than most top laners
Fed ADC = faster objectives and better teamfighting via raw DPS output
Top is often beefier than any other lane, making it typically harder to kill or dive

As for mid, regardless of whether you hit top or bot, it's not hard to weave a mid gank into your jungle pathing, given its proximity to both lanes. My point is ultimately that it's better to be bottom side early game, because mid/bot focus is better than top/mid.

As a support main (and primarily Janna), I generally do feel like I'm not paid enough sometimes for the shit I get my adc out of alive during 4 man excitement parties. I sure do feel like I've accomplished something when I do get myself and adc out alive though, and that's pretty satisfying.

Lol Support, I wonder why it isn't popular?

Other player in your lane can f*ck it for you
You fall off, so if your ADC is a bonobo, the race is on to pressure elsewhere before you become less relevant
If you roam, a bad ADC will still spread their cheeks in your absence
Still 4 man tower dove

Same with ADC though, no?

Other player in your lane can f*ck it for you
You have to scale, so if your support is a bonobo, you lose early game and can't scale
If support roams at a bad time, you will lose CS/xp/potential kills
