Got him again next game, and could still see all his chat messages.

@Riot, if I block someone, it clearly means that person is a fucking asshole and I don't want them on my team again.

INB4 someone says 'just wait five minutes before you queue again'

I HAVE waited five minutes. Got up and got a drink and a snack, came back. Got the same player again. I've also played with the same player three times within a week (at level 30). I remembered him because he played Tryndamere every time, on my team once and the enemy team twice, and he also had a ridiculous name.

It DOES happen.
