Is there any news on that?

Estimated test cycle? Areas of exploration?

I REALLY don't want his base damages buffed. He doesn't need to be any more powerful; he needs to be more usable. Base MS/HP (doesn't affect his scaling at all) are the main areas that should be getting looked into. After that, W CD (specifically at later ranks; no more than 2 seconds), and E CD (specifically at early ranks).

On top of that, are Rioters looking at any bugfixes?

Like Q going on CD despite not casting when attempting to cast on a dying minion or when losing vision? Like getting hit by targeted abilities while in W sometimes? Like R sometimes taking an extra long time to send the heal to you?

Itemization is just kind of poor on vladimir now. You don't get that much AP and building health is not as viable as it used to be since they nerfed a lot of the scalings based off of health.

Typical vlad build:v item 3116 item 3158 item 3065 item 3157 item 3001 item 3152

item 3116 got nerfed. item 3152 got nerfed item 3157 Lost AP, could be seen as a nerf.

is currently the best way to build him.

The build you showed has:

50% CDR...
Far less AP; He has ~182.5% AP on a 3 second CD. You're wasting Vladimir's kit by building like that. You're dealing literally like 1/3 of the damage of an AP-focused build.
Barely more HP, despite being so focused on it
Similar, but less healing.
No magic pen...which just so happens to be Vlad's bane.

SV is actually bad on Vlad atm, just like it was pre-rework after they nerfed it from 20% CDR to 10%.

The healing it offers is not worth the shitty mid-game damage you have to endure, especially since you'd be healing about as much with another offensive item in its place.

Woon, when did Rioters mention this? I am a Vlad main and I just feel like he is in a pathetic state right now. He is arguably the worst laner in the game. It is very frustrating. Give us hope, I need something concrete on this.
