can we have relic shield back on the howling abyss already?

playing a stack champion is stressful in that mode. not only do you have to deal with the enemy team, but you also have to fight your own team for farm.

because they just will not let you get near a minion as sion or nasus, even if you ask for it.

you used to be able to pick up relic shield to contest your team for them, and they didnt even complain since they still got the gold.

but its almost as bad with other champions that rely on minion interaction, like

its fucking hard to get a grave set up if people just spam ranged aoe abilities to clear the waves from under your nose, during the time your q animation plays.
