why is it useless? it gives you every keystone on a inspiration tree. i used it with great success. it gives me predator when i need it most it gave me aftershock when i needed it also.

Because no champion is good with all of the available keystones. You get to a pivotal team fight and you're stuck with lethal tempo as Cassiopeia, then you're screwed. There's really no situation where you wouldn't rather have a keystone that's good on you for the whole game.

you just use it to swap keystones. its only a few seconds.

I love how people call it useless when they’ve either never used it themself or just decided to jump on the hype train because it’s different.

Personally, I think it’s great — especially champions where no single rune is spectacular on them — like Jhin (or players like Sneaky said it’s good on Caitlyn for the same reason as Jhin).
