Can you please not make Precision split AS with other trees?

From the last QGT post, regarding patch 8.4: "Precision Stat Bonus - Splitting with other trees like Resolve does (e.g. Precision+Domination = AS and AD)."

Back when the new runes were released, I've already said that I hate how the Precision path forces you to take Attack Speed while its keystones are viable for champions that don't want Attack Speed (PTA on fighters that prefer AD, Fleet Footwork on mages like Ahri, Viktor and ASol - it even has an AP ratio).

To me, this seems like a bandaid solution that will make more problems than help. I still don't want 9% Attack Speed on ASol, nor do I want to refrain from opting into the Precision as secondary because of the Attack Speed that it will now provide for the cost of other, more valuable stats.

Riot had confirmed that precision secondary will be a 70/30 split if you take sorcery or domination.

I find it funny there are 139 champions, and yet around 20 can even DELVE into one of the trees, even just as a secondary, without wasting stats. At least if you go resolve secondary, health is always useful, but not everyone can use attack speed. In fact, most can't.

Attack speed is at least good on those kind of mages early game. Helps you push the wave faster and win trades after the spells are used. Also this argument seems really personal.

Yeah agree here, or at least move Presence of Mind to sorcery tree. It doesnt even fit in the precision "theme".

Tbh, why can't we just have the Precision Split happen only if Precision is primary, but not if it's secondary?

No seriously, what champion goes Precision Secondary and says "wow, I wish I had Attack Speed instead of my primary stat"? Not even ADCs want this much, as Domination/Sorcery offer Raw AD and that's a perfectly fine stat for them, and Resolve Primary ADCs aren't a thing.
