maw is trash though

hex is just a decent item. IMO the only real problem with it is that it's a passive shield; if it had to be activated and could therefore be outplayed it'd be more reasonable for APs to deal with

Barely anyone builds maw since it doesnt stack with steraks. Wits end / pure MR is usually better nowadays.
