I know its strange coming from me but i do want to point out that Zoe is Certainly-T newest champion(technically akali is a rework) yet is down to 3% Ban rate and a solid 51% WR. Yasuo is a much older champion with a 46% ban rate with 48% WR. Which means people simply do not want him in their games more then champions that are considered annoying. Yasuo definitely has issues.

Actually she is deceptively save. You get on top of her and she is dead in most cases. Even if you cut down half of Yasuo's Bans due to "Teammates banning him" That still would be a 23% ban rate vs. a 3%.

Its a meme, "ban my teammates yauso so he doesnt feed" but ibreally believe this is quite rare. I only see people ban one of their teammates like once out of every 20 games or something and its always because they got in some argument in champ select, not because they looked at their match history. People ban yasuo so they dont play against him.

but if a champion is super annoying and you have to play around their annoying playstyle, isnt that unfair. Take Nasus for example, If you cant bully him early game then he scales into a crazy late game champion then he wouldnt be fair. Yasuo all game has this agency and scales into late game.

Just because a champion has a high banrate in soloQ means jack shit except Riot should consider them for a VGU a bit sooner.

Which is incredible since there was like a 3 year span in which he was virtually unseen in pro play. I’m more impressed by how Riot made him pro viable, I never thought I’d see the day.
