Request for Riot to add "Anti-Queue" Feature for matchmaking

Basically, I love playing every role in the game EXCEPT midlane. I would love to just hit fill, but every now and again I get that one game where I am in midlane and I am miserable. other days I would like to play anything but ADC. Essentially, right now we have the option of no filter on our matchmaking or we can create a whitelist for roles. I would like Riot to make a blacklist option where you play NOT whatever role. It may seem silly but I would like it
