Which top laner's are better sustainable's , tanks , heavy damage dealers , hybrids or mages ?
I really want to know and to choose between one of these and try some builds some other masteries and rune sets to see who is the best type of top laner.

highly situational. tanks and mages (provided they have enough cc) fit into most teamcomps but arent neccessarily "the strongest" picks.
Well let's look at my top laners...
- Jayce is a pretty rounded character with two forms. He deals heavy damage, and has 2 getaways. Both his E's are getaways, his Q is either a blast or a jump/dash with his hammer. The W is either attack speed or a stasis that does AOE. I build him crit, lifesteal, attack speed, and just base it around that. He's a huge damage dealer and does good damage.
- Only top laners her a bit now, but she has range and two forms. Her cougar form has a pounce to get away, and her human form as a heal which is great for sustainability. If you hit her Q, she does a massive amount of damage depending the range, and doing her cougar combo after hitting the spear is a very hardhitting attack. She's pretty strong, but relatively squishy
- Early Game-Late Game, very strong. Has a slow/stun, a dash, and if you hit vitals, she does a large amount of damage. Her E is a guaranteed crit, and her ult is a heal if you get the kill.
- Very very very strong midgame, especially if you have triforce. She can 1v1 most champions, and stun. Her W heals her, and her Ult is a ranged blade that a does a lot of damage. The Q is a dash that resets cooldown with every kill, and her W does truedamage, and then the E is the slow.stun. She does large amounts of damage.
Most of my top laners are damage related, but with Fiora/Irelia, you build tanky after TRIFORCE, which works really well.

idk probably ap off tank malphite is the best top laner atm.
or idk. someone who does enough damage to kill ad carries late game and not get kited to death
There is no "best type" of toplaner. It's a massive intricate Pokemon-types matchup mix basically. Some counter others, some are countered by others, and some are neutral.
