You want his stun to scale 2% 4% 6% 8% 10% of what exactly? Your description doesn't seem to make any sense.
his heal needs to do something thats his biggest problem but that e thing could be a thing too
I think they intentionally left his stun as is because they want it to be less useful as an offensive spell and more of a reactionary disengage/peel on the linked champ.
Not saying I agree with that due to any champ with an untargetability or mobility skill makes it pretty damn hard to use even defensively.
Kinda wish he could link his W to an extra target for each rank of skill after the first one. Then you just hit W to refresh/cast it on allies that are close enough.
