Spell concept for upcoming mages

Its a basic spell called Travel time of the spell:2 seconds. Confusion:Point and click ability. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 The ability lasts for 3/3,5/4.5/5 seconds Effect:When you cast confusion on an enemy champion it shuffles his spells and abilities. For example Q is on the E button R is on the D button and F is on the W button. It has 13 different patterns. If the enemy champion is CC'ed and its below 40% Health Confusion deals 10% of their current health.
