Riot games this is the last time i am writhing for this month and i want to say that is getting overpowered and that's why. His passive doubles the critical chance and gives him large shield his Q is on 1.33 seconds cool down his W last very long and can block every single projectile his E is on 0.1 seconds cool down and he is the most mobile champion when creeps and jungle monsters are nearby and finally his R have extremely high armor penetration when it ends casting for too long time its like giving him extra . If you want to keep the game healthy you will increase the cool down on some spells (Q,E,R) lower the armor penetration and lower the ad scaling on his Q. Or do at least something about that thank you.
