Cassiopeia needs to be nerfed

100% impossible to run away from. Can spam spells 24/7. Why is this champ even in the game? Look at Jensen playing her. Absolutely skilless.

Cassiopeia does take skill. Her only point-and-click ability is her E, which doesn't do substantial damage against non-poisoned targets. You just have to avoid her poison and you're golden against her. Either that, or learn how to counterplay a champ instead of b~~itching~~ on the Boards.

no none of those champs can burst you down as fast as cassio does at lvl 2 the champ is pure cancer hyper carry that has high damege in lane thats a fuck up on riots part

Yeah, are you saying she takes any sort of skill? No more than Annie, but I guess it dépends on your definition of skilless. For some maybe Yi and Annie takes "skill".

If you buy boots and run when she casts Miasma, you can get away. The width of that skill shot is fairly narrow, so walking towards or away from her as she casts it is the easiest way to get around it
