Can you please, give some context, for this new nerf on Alistar?

Why i'm asking?

The recent free nerf he got still hit the wrong spot about him.

What is this spot? The ultimate, and that, since you decided to freely buff and applying 70% Damage reduction after armor/magic resistance applied.

Instead of hit the real problem (tower dive free at lvl 6 isn't what i call healthy) you prefer to hit the part that wasn't a problem during years. The heal was never high, so, really i don't understand. What the point to keep the unhealthy part of kit and nerf everything else? Next part will be nerf on his Q/W ?

I think it's mostly because his heal benefit way too much from the healing mastery that also gives armor/mr to everyone in his team.

But then again that's not because his heal is op, it's the mastery, so I still don't get why they dont hit the source of the problem (the mastery)
