Master YI and true damage

with the right build master yi , can have 100-120 true damage with his auto attacks . 3/6 items have attack speed/ctr chance so , pretty much 1v1 with master YI is almost impossible if you don't have hard CC

so , attack speed around : 1:50 - 184 (depends on runes) 50% ctr chance 20% more ctr dmg
18 lethality life steal 100-120 true damage

How do you go against that?
and those items are not the solution , even if you cut his life steal by 40% and 10% ctr dmg , his true damage + ctr chance still remain , which no champion can hold more than 5-10 auto attacks(besides champs with 4k+ hp ) with 100-120 true damage and with that attack speed value 5-10 attacks is not too much
