Went into the jungle,activated my Q,and to my surprise,it didn't knockup. Yes,
's Q is broken as in pointless and his ultimate has a possibility to fail. I learned this today in a ranked game. If 
failed to jump to just one ward,every server would be shut down until season 6 but no,let other junglers with some mobility perish, thats the plan eh riot?

I'll ask you not to justify their actions. What they did is wrong BECAUSE they don't alert the players. The lack of clarity tells us that Riot can't be trusted to let us know what's wrong with the game. No matter how little the bug, keeping the game at 100% is key.

How is OP obtuse? He lost the ability to play his champion properly because of a bug, that he had no knowledge of knowing. Is it too hard for Riot to simply alert players on the client of a bug? Maybe even disable Xin Zhao for the duration of the current patch since they won't hotfix him?
My issue is with the following.
Why are you okay with this? Why are you okay with players not being alerted to these bugs?

Zenima3 votesIt's a visual bug, not a gameplay bug. It's basically now a stun (is it reduced by tenacity now?) instead of a knockup, dunno if Yas can still ult someone hit by Xin's 3rd Q.
Should they have made a note somewhere that there is a visual bug with Xin's Q? Yes. Is it actually affecting gameplay to the point where they need a hotfix that could potentially break something else? Nope.

If this were visual, as so many of you morons on the boards seem to think, Xin would be ending first Jungle clear with blue buff and full health.
Instead, he has to recall after raptors, and doesn't get into the blue side of jungle until after his first buy.
Zenima1 votesHopped into a custom game to test it out throughly: you are correct in that it does not appear to be affecting jungle monsters; however you fail to notice that it still affects champions regardless. In all fairness, with a slight change to your jungle routing, be it going gromp-blue-red instead for the health boost or just backing after clearing one side of the jungle, (and a lot of champions tend to back after clearing the first 3 camps anyhow) it will barely be noticeable early on. Not to mention it will most likely be fixed in the patch coming Wednesday as well.

The knockup also doesn't apply all the time on champions, even if Yasuo can ult off of it. When a champion isn't moving, the knockup/stun do not apply.
Basically, all we're asking for is either something in the launcher or some kind of acknowlegement that this is a problem.
We all know that if Ahri's charm wasn't applying the charm debuff, or Lee Sin were unable to ward-hop, they'd be disabled, there would be messages everywhere in the launcher, and the hotfix would be out the next day.
Zenima1 votesIt does still apply on all the champions all the time, it's just that if they're not moving, there are no visual effects, so it's more like a stun than a knockup unless Yasuo can ult off it, in which case it is just a knockup without the animation. It's hard to notice because they're standing still already even if they are attacking you, but easier to notice if you use it on a channeled ability, a la Nunu ult, Kat ult, etc.
However, I do agree with you that Riot should have put something in the launcher. They have acknowledged it I believe, on the forums and maybe reddit, and it should theoretically be fixed tomorrow, but a note in the launcher that the visuals are broken and the knockup isn't working on monsters would've been a good idea.

- Communication: Riot DID NOT alert the playerbase on Xin Zhaos bugged Q
- Problem Solving: Riot intends to let Xin Zhao stay the way he is because they feel the risk of hotfixing will cause more problems. Understandable. But why not disable him then? If Xin Zhao players can't properly use their main champion, why keep him active?

Look at Lolking statistics and note that in the JG match-up chart he loses against every single jungler. Keeping all this in mind it it quite clear that Lee Sin being op is not a thing, the problem which you all are facing is that you suck, and are so bad at the game that you are letting a blind guy kick your a$$.
