Why I am usually unimpressed when I am "Outplayed" by Fizz and Vayne

Because they have so much "Outplay" potential that most champions don't have, that it is disrespectful to say "you just got outplayed." When Fizz literally has 3 gap closers while removing himself from the entire game. And Vayne has her Q every time she thinks of doing coke when she get's home from the rift.
