Slow Queue Time

Please. Do so. I'm tired of versing people that are marginally above my skill level and having allies marginally below. Make me wait 30 minutes each time I want to get into a game, because I'd prefer it over playing a half an hour game feeding my butt off against people who are running circles around me, and running god knows what around my allies.
