@Meddler--Does the patch 6.13 "not lose out-of-combat MS when attacking wards" apply to Bard?
I'm referring to the bonus MS he gains while collecting chimes.

RiotMeddler9 votesIt doesn't apply to Bard yet. We'll be making it so hitting wards doesn't count as in combat for purposes of Bard's passive, Wanderer (the Mastery) and Cloud Drake in a future patch though.
