Twisted treeline is next!
It's because leaving the map in at all requires them to still consider the map when creating various assets (future champs/skins no longer need to consider capture animations, for example). And any bugs caused on the map would still be a problem and need fixed (or else to avoid those situations, they would need to use up resources by having testers validating any new content or changes on the map still).
