Can we allow your champ pool to be seen when Banning / Others picking?
It's incredibly frustrating that i only have around 30seconds to look at my entire champion pool

They have already addressed this. Basically, no..because they want you to make your decision solely in the 30 second window you have to select your champ. Therefor heightening the overall anxiety of the match and increasing the chances of you making a poor champ select decision. This will then lead to more toxicity and feeding which will result in more punishments. More punishments = more bans. More bans = restarting on new accounts. New accounts = buying champs for the second time, which equals $$$$$$.
