@Riot There's a majority of big bugfixes that should be under champion changes for 7.15

Thresh's E - Flay no longer leaves enemies stunned for a brief moment after displacing them

Fixed a bug where - if Kindred used Q - Dance of Arrows to jump over a wall, the cast range of E - Mounting Dread would be permanently increased.

Heimerdinger’s R - Upgraded!!! W - Hextech Micro-Rockets now correctly do reduced damage after the first hit to Baron Nashor.

Heimerdinger’s RE - CH-3X Lighting Grenade no longer has the old AP ratio of 60% for the second and third bounces.

Fixed a bug where Zac could channel E - Elastic Slingshot while under hard crowd control effects if he used it right before they were applied.

Headhunter Caitlyn’s W - Yordle Snap Traps are no longer less clear in brush compared to her other skins.

Master Chef Tahm Kench’s no longer clips through his body during several animations.

These are 7 game-impacting bug-fixes that are really under the radar since most people see the bugfix section as one for nothing game changing. Yet things like bugs affecting gameplay should always be put under champion changes to clarify the gameplay will now be different, especially the ones for Heimerdinger, Kindred, Thresh, and Zac. Those are all major ones that will shift the power of the champions in really hidden ways.

they are bug fixes, they are in the section they belong. If people do not want to bother reading the bug fixes that's on them. There are always quite a few bug fixes that affect a champion in a big way yet they are always put under the big fixes section because that is what they are. it's not riot going "let's nerf/buff/change this champion" it's more of "here are a bunch of things that you might have noticed or not about these champions that were bugged and we fixed" very few things that are bug fixes belong under the champion themselves and not in the bug fix section.
