Q gives a stack of her debuff passive (which shreds MR and Armor) slows an enemy by 35%-55% for 3 seconds. Keep in mind 
Q lasts 2 seconds and there's an infinite number of memes about how long it lasts.
And since when playing you have TLD and start E then get Q you can proc TLD by using Q once then E then autoattack. Dealing on average 1/3-ish of your enemy midlaner's healthbar

since we are assuming everyone in the situation we're putting them in is at full build with maximum possible stats:
allows her to make anyone on her team invincible for 3 seconds at max rank on a 48 second cooldown at max CDR.
R at max rank allows her to win a teamfight if she gets in the right position and presses R
R makes anyone unable to die within a certain radius and in a teamfight where Kindrid is more towards the backline this means that kindrid is stopping their ENTIRE TEAM FROM DYING
R is an extreme damage burst good at reaching the backline and for creating a pick in a teamfight.
R can deal a 300% true damage cannonball, AOE burst and DOT, and a giant speedboost/ slow to enemies
R makes him unable to die (invincibility) for 5 seconds
my point is that you can't pick out kayle's ultimate when there are ultimates that decide the game moreso than hers does

Kindred's R is so situational compared to Kayle's R. If your entire team is dying, then you need something else to save yourself besides a simple ult healing you for 300 HP.
His R has counterplay. Just dodge it.
Gangplank's R still has more counterplay than Kayle's R. She just presses it to not die, and you can't 1 vs 1 her.
He is melee and he is kite-able.
I didn't say her R decides games moreso. I said her R is extremely busted. She has the potential to 1 vs 5 without much counterplay by the enemy nor takes as much skill.

MuffledGarbage2 votesIn the pro scene doesn't work because she's an AP marksman and uses up too much mana for being a support, or midlaner and if she's taken top in the LCS she'll be camped out hard by the jg thanks to her being easy to gank Pre-6.
Not to mention she has WORSE mana problems compared to some TOPLANERS
all of which is unfortunate because I never get to see another Kayle main in-game

If you take TLD and the usual 
to start you can take 1/3 of almost any midlaner's health at level 2 with a Q, E attack (I've done it numerous times. If you don't believe me go in a draft, pick kayle and do what I've said and you'll see how she does in the midlane)
Also Gets beaten by kayle via her having more sustain manawise
kayle only needs to take 
and she can beat trynd Ez
both of malphite and tryndamere's problem's combined
she can infinitely kite him when she buys
