More micro transaction options

As a free to play company why arent you (riot) championing micro trnasactions more? Idea: With the increase in champion pool... I think its time for a feature like: Rent champions for rp. Could rent a number of charges / games with said champion, or rent for a day or even week.

The RP you pay would also go towards lowering the IP and RP cost of said champion if you were to ever purchase them. So it would be very convenient. This allows you to experiment more. Say you know a champion would go on sale next week you could be renting them ahead of time knowing you'll buy it come next week.

The free to play champion rotation is nice but this would help a bit more.
If a game lasts less than 30 minutes with said charge it refunds half its value. Aka surrender at 20 or lousy game. (Cost 2 tokens for one game redeem 1 token if bad game).

How's this sound: instead of charges being tied to any champion. You can use a charge to unlock any champ in champ select. This could be bought with both rp or IP. This would be helpful. Everyone would be encouraged to invest in some to use to trade with someone if you don't own their champ.

They could even gift it to you in champ select. On release of this feature every would have 3 charges free. It would be a good idea to always have a charge too. Could earn them too Getting s rank in a ranked game gives you one charge?
