Lord Dominik's/Morta Reminder.

So.... They renegged on Flat penetration, but actually made it worse, according to the current PBE updates:

** Lord Dominik’s Regards New Recipe: [Last Whisper + Pickaxe + 625 gold] Total cost increased from 2600 to 2800 Attack Damage lowered from 50 to 40 Armor Penetration changed from [35% bonus armor penetration] to [35% total armor penetration]

Mortal Reminder Gold cost increased from 2600 to 2800 Attack Damage lowered from 50 to 40 Armor Penetration changed from [35% bonus armor penetration] to [25% total armor penetration]

In other words...... Lord Dominik's loses its scaling damage, but hits TOTAL armor by 35%.

For example, if hitting a mage like Ziggs with 21.5 - 77.6 Base armor will now be a target to both item users, and not be able to do much about it, because it's going to reduce about 22 MORE armor than it did before.

Same on Adcs who have similar armor.

They're reducing Mortal Reminder's by 10%, which is nice, but this is to TOTAL Armour.

Couple one of these items with and .

Suppose Ziggs is level 18, and has a . That's 122 Armor.

If we have , that's immediately reduced to 85.4 Armor (ignoring the damage it did previously to get the 6 stacks..... which some champs like can immediately proc)

The reduces it to 55.51 Armor.

reduce that to a whopping 19.51 Armor. Sudden Impact drops that to 9.51 Armor. That's what? 5% Damage reduction left?

Even with , a mage might only have a whopping 29.51 Armor.

That also includes adcs, supports, etc.

But this is also destructive to tanks, and more importantly, TANKS who buld , which don't have HP, pure Armor, because it makes them JUST AS PRONE as HP armor builders user to be with Giant Slayer.

What I'm getting at is. We're entering a League era where there IS NO SOLUTION to Armor Penetration.

With the old, you could at least go full Armor to mitigate damage from Giant Slayer. You could build HP versus teams that had on board Armor penetration /Pre mitigation damage like .

Now..... you really can't do either. On Any champ.

This is an ADC and Assassin buff. Not a nerf. In ANY situation.
