I'm aware, but his E never did magic damage to begin with that i was aware of, it just buffed his AAs

When the first update for it came on the pbe, it was stated as magic damage.

Masochism (E) [few changes, now makes next attack also deal increased damage.] "Dr. Mundo deals an additional 5/20/35/50/65 (+ 3% total Health) damage on his next basic attack and increased attack damage for 5 seconds. Dr. Mundo gains an additional [+0.4/.55/.7/.85/1] attack damage for each percentage of health he is missing." [This is an auto attack reset]
relative to the live ability:
For 5 seconds, Dr. Mundo gains bonus attack damage, increased by 1% per 1% of his missing health. 「 MINIMUM BONUS AD: 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 AD 」
MUCH less bonus AD, especially at high current%HP values, but an AA reset with some bonus damage scaling from Mundo's max HP. From what I see, this is a nerf.
