Can we please make duo queues in ranked solo queue count as one vote?

The only thing worse than getting a duo queue who wants to "break the meta" or just flat out plays horribly is when they won't let you end the game either.

I beg of you Riot, consider making 3 votes to end the game the majority vote when the two down votes are from people who queued up together.

It's just not fair that people who queued up together can single handedly not only ruin a game, but force everyone to stay in it until the end too.
