For seasons now You people at rito gems you cant balance this champion you ether nerf him at the ground or he is broken as hell with the smallest buffs!! Then you go ahead and you rework him he was useless then small buffs and he is broken again!! Now again buffs and nerfs

Just delete this champion or remove his kit and make him a new champion!! Its simple!!

P.S nerf Ekko!! (I see some nerfs on PBE and they are cool but i just hope hey would hit the live server with the 5.12 patch)
